John Doffing, the founder of START, has extensive operational experience as an entrepreneur and sales/marketing executive with multiple venture-funded technology companies. He has successfully recruited hundreds of candidates and has worked with countless recruiters over the years. With few exceptions, John found traditional recruiting firms to be ill-suited to the demands of creating a viable startup company. This sentiment was not particularly unique, as one might imagine, and START was itself able to recruit a decidedly top-notch team of like-minded individuals and advisors.

Quite simply, we set out to transform a moribund and anachronistic industry - and it seems to be working!
